Azizi Ali Director of Operations & Intelligence Analysis
Azizi Ali is the Director of Operations and Intelligence Analysis of Global Trade Shield Sdn. Bhd. and is responsible for market research, intelligence analysis and criminal-raid actions. He was a former prosecutor and investigator with the enforcement department of the Ministry of Domestic Trade, Cooperative and Consumerism (MDTCC). His 8 years of experience with MDTCC was build around the areas of copyright law, consumer law, counterfeiting and trade compliance.
Azizi is also well trained in product identification and has vast experience as an expert witness on behalf of clients. He also conducts mock trials and product identification training with the law enforcement agencies in Malaysia and Indonesia. He has received training in product knowledge and identification from industries such as pharmaceuticals, sporting, luxury fashion, automobile and electronics.
Azizi has built an extremely close working relationship with the MDTCC, Royal Malaysian Police, National Pharmaceutical Control Bureau and Royal Malaysian Customs with whom GTS regularly engages in joint and collaboration operations.
